$200 + GST is your registration deposit only.

Full Course fee is $900 + GST. Remaining course fee of $700 + GST will be due 30 days prior to the workshop.

Registration will be limited to 16 participants in the order of registrations received. A wait list will be maintained for cancellations or for notification of future courses.

The course material will be emailed to you 3-weeks prior to the course.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you must do so by email to info@anatomicmedicine.org

In the event that we cancel the course, each registrant will be notified by email. We are not responsible for any of your costs, including, but not limited to airline or hotel penalties.

Proof of Medical Practice Liability Insurance

Upon registration, you will be asked to provide a copy of your medical practice liability insurance up to $3 million per occurrence, effective in Canada.
